Our Reconditioning Process

KV Tooling Systems employs the use of (2) 1995 ANCA TG-4 and (1) 1999 ANCA TG-7 CNC tool and cutter grinders to accurately reproduce the geometry of a cutting tool.


Step 1: Tools are digitized using the built in Mitutoyo contact probe.
Step 2: All relief angles, stock removal requirements, cutting lengths, and special cutting geometries are entered into the graphic menus.
Step 3: The ANCA TG4 automatically grinds the tool to completion in one setup.
Step 4: Your tool is inspected using our 14" Deltronic optical comparator, deburred, cleaned, dip sealed for protection, and packaged for delivery.
